SEAT has unveiled the Leon Cupra R310 World Champion Edition (WCE) for the Swiss market.
Built to celebrate the successful 2009 season of the World Touring Car Championship – where Gabriele Tarquini and Yvan Muller placed first and second – the WCE boasts a unique exterior and a cabin with Alcantara sport seats, checker flag trim, and GPS navigation.
Under the hood, power is provided by an Abt-Sportsline tuned 2.0-liter TSI engine with 310 PS (228 kW / 306 bhp) which is 45 PS (33 kW / 45 bhp) more than the standard Cupra R. Other goodies include a sportier suspension and bigger brakes.
Priced from 44,900 Francs (including 7.6% tax), production will be limited to 200 units.
