Toyota introduced the new model named, Toyota Sequoia in 2011. The Toyota Sequoia is a full-sized truck-based SUV. At a slightly larger total size, it is the largest SUV currently sold by Toyota.

The Sequoia is available in three trim levels: the base SR5, the mid-tier Limited, and the full-bore premium Platinum edition. Sequoias are available in either 2WD or 4WD and in the customer’s choice of a 4.6-liter or 5.7-liter V8 motor that Toyota pairs with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The 5.7-liter V8 is also equipped with dual independent Variable Valve Timing with intelligence. An Acoustic Control Induction System switches the intake tract length in two stages, based on engine RPM and throttle angle, to optimize torque across the engine speed range.
