Nissan has redesigned its popular 2011 Maxima sedan. It is a premium luxury sedan which offers affordable family-sedan utility. The car is very nice with powerful, refined performance, a well-trimmed cabin and plenty of high-tech luxury features.

The 2011 Maxima is a 4-door, 5-passenger sports sedan, available in two trims, the S and the SV. Both trims are equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 290-horsepower engine that achieves 19-mpg in the city and 26-mpg on the highway. A variable speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.

Safety features include: ABS, traction control, an antiskid system, front-side airbags, and curtain-side airbags. Keyless access and engine start and a wireless cell-phone link are standard. Available equipment includes satellite radio with real-time traffic information and a 9.3-gigabyte hard drive for storing digital-music files.
