2011 Saab 9-3 is a premium compact car from General Motors’ Swedish brand is redesigned to be even more compact. This will be treated to a mild refresh, consisting of revised looks as well as new options for both the exterior and the interior.

New Saab version has diesel engines will offer a CO2 emissions of just 119 g/km and an exceptionally low combined cycle fuel consumption of 62.8 mpg. The 1.9-liter diesel line-up includes a 130 hp TTiD unit, a 160 hp version and a range-topping 180 hp/400 Nm variant. The SportWagon offers an impressive 61.4 mpg and low CO2 emissions of 122g/km and for the Convertible, the respective figures are 54.3 mpg and 137g/km.
Saab has also announced a new automatic transmission and has dusted off one of its signatures in style – three-spoke alloy wheels. They will be available in both 16-inch and 18-inch versions. The interior will be some slight changes – the silver stripe on the dashboard will be dark grey. The materials felt all a little better in terms of quality. The trim on the steering wheel and the shifter will be dark grey too.
