The Nissan has unveiled a two-seater electric city car concept named the New Mobility Concept or NMC for short. The New Mobility Concept is a proposal for sustainable, efficient and convenient transport and has been developed to meet the growth of older and isolated households and the tendency for people to traverse short distances and in small groups.

The Nissan New Mobility Concept is powered by a 15-kilowatt electric motor and has a top speed of 47 mph. It can travel a range of 60 miles between charges. The Nissan electric development was based on four key words: innovation, ease, safety and cleanliness. The first refers to the compact size of the vehicle. The facility, according to Nissan, is about the simple way to drive and park the prototype. Security, in turn, has to do with ease to drive, inspired by the bicycle. And finally, the reduction of emissions provides a cleaner vehicle.
