2012 Shelby GT350 6 Limited Edition 2012 Shelby GT350 Convertible

One of the show stealers of the Chicago Auto Show 2011 is the Shelby GT350. The pulse racing engine of this Ford GT convertible, the Shelby GT350 boasts of an engine of 624 horsepower. The car can do a one-fourth mile in 11.5 seconds flat.

The car has been launched in two interesting colours; one is a royal blue colour which is lovingly called the Kona Blue and the other in a stylish red called the Race Red. Traditional design of having the white stripes down the middle of the entire car has not been ignored. The center exit bright back and the Le Mans stripes all contribute to the exclusive beauty of this car. Not only does the customer have a choice of colours but the engine too comes in three flavours. For the beginner you have the V8 320KW power, the next section can go in for V8 392KW and for the strong hearted one the V8 466KW. 19inch Cragar wheels have the Goodyear tyres, and the stopping power is controlled by Baer Brakes. The front six-piston brakes are very powerful and to add to it are the rotors of 107 feet at the rear of the car. A full body kit, larger brakes and an upgraded suspension adds to a comfortable ride for this new version. The gas fuel can be taken from a normal fuel station and since the engine follows the emission laws of 50 states, it’s an added advantage.

To be the owner of 2012 Shelby GT350 one may need to roll out $90,000. But that will not matter much for the customer who wants to own this beautiful convertible version of Shelby GT350. Shelby GT350’s launching coincided with the original 1965 GT350’s 45years. “History repeats itself” says Mr. Carroll Shelby founder of Shelby American, while unveiling Shelby GT350 with a convertible option for the second time after 1965.
