The Japanese automobile manufacturer, Toyota Motor Company, has its own division manufacturing only luxury cars. Lexus, of this division, has displayed its grand model, CT 200h F-Sport last year at the Motor Show in Sydney, Australia. The car was also presented at the Specialty Equipment Market Association show (SEMA) at Las Vegas last year.

The F-Sport car is amidst the five hybrids customized models of Lexus. It is a concept car and it is a proof by the company that hybrids can be green and are also great fun in driving. It is a special model with limited edition. The company plans to manufacture only 175 cars of this model.

It has high performance big brake kit which has 12.9×1.1 inch cross-drilled rotor. It also has an adjustable suspension and Bilstein dampening shock absorbers adding cherishable comfort to its occupants because the vibrations are suppressed due to the increased torsional rigidity.

Externally, the car is painted flame blue and maintains its sporty looks. It has alloy wheels of 18x 8 inches enwrapped by Pirelli Nero tires measuring 225/40R/18 both for the front and the rear wheels. In front, the bumper is sport-style and the upper grille is a honeycomb; the rear bumper is fitted with a diffuser.

The interior has a unique steering wheel, instrument panel, scuff plates, sports pedal and a privacy glass. The headlamps are fitted with LED lights.

The powertrain, however, has not received any special attention. It is the same as that of the model CT 200h. It has an internal combustion petrol engine of 1.8 litre capacity with variable valve timing. It also has an electric motor with E-CVT. It gives a fuel economy of 42mpg.

The elegant sports car is expected to be available for sale in the first half of 2011. The price has not been fixed yet.
