Base for the wheels and the car body is made up of materials like galvanized steel.

In the year 2007, the team RUF first introduced this CTR 3 model. But now the revised version is equipped with a long wheelbase which was not present in the earlier models. This new version has a mid-engine design and the body of the vehicle is made up of galvanized steel. This new power-puff car is equipped with a twin-turbo 3.8 liter capapcity engine that can generate 50 ps (37kw/49bmp) more than its earlier edition cars. With the assistance of these upgraded mechanisms the motor can produce 750 ps (552 kw/740bhp) at 7,100 rp, and has 960 Nm ( 708 lb ft) of torque generating at 4,000 rpm.

The German car makers RUF has a total 30 years of experience in manufacturing turbo charged car engines. They are experts in attaching each individual engine turbo charger with its specific intercooler that is placed in front of each wheel at the back portion of the car.

The new gearbox in this revised model successfully manages a chronological- swing six speed transmission. This mechanism is properly balanced in this new version as well.

The acceleration shifts between 0 to 100 km/hr /962 mph) in only 3.2 seconds. At the same time in 9.6 seconds it can run upto 200 km/hr. And the top speed of this car now can comfortably increase by 5 km/hr to 380 km/hr (236 mph)

Among the special features the wheels are made from artificial aluminum with 255/35/ZR19 tires enfold around the 8.5 x 19 rims at the head, and 335/30/ZR20 tires raised on 12.5 x 20 rims at the rear end. And the interior is specially furnished with leather and Alcantara as well as an aluminum wheel lever and a speedometer that reads up to 260 mph (418 km/h).
