The father-son car makers’ team of Ercole and Paolo Spada made a stunning display a few years back when they revealed the Codatronca. Appearance wise the new Codatronca looked like a mix of a Chevrolet Corvette, a Lamborghini and Darth Vader’s helmet.

Few months ago the car was first unveiled at the Top Marques Monaco. Very soon Spada came up with the detailed description of the all new Codatronca Monza roadster. The roadster is equipped with 710-horspower double-supercharged 7.0-liter V8 (apparently supported on the Z06′s LS7). Codatronca Monza roadster’s body weight is only 2,600 lbs.

To mention other features of the Codatronca Monza roadster, we can first talk about the aluminum chassis which is coated with a light carbon fiber and combined resources body. The engine was developed by Italtecnica starting from a V8 7 liter locomotive and there is no prominent change. The car is further equipped with 2 rotrex centrifugal power boosters that can deliver the incredible power of 720 CV with over 90 kgm of torque. The car is able to reach the 100 km/h speed in only 3 seconds.

The weight of the car is only of 1.180 kg. Special racing car features like the Sabelt seat and belts, and the Aim navigation wheel for driving incorporate the instrumentations with data attainment (can, GPS).

The makers have rightly installed special features, modern style. The creator have perfectly structured it with an on board camera Aim Smartycam that can record high definition videos while driving and moving the steering wheel. The process is completed with the balanced usage of Pirelli PZero Corsa placed on lightweight Oz Ultra-leggera wheels, and break system of Brembo those are commonly applied on FIA GT3 racing cars with abs and a fully adaptable suspension mechanism resulting from FIA GT3.
