This fall, you would be offered a new re-vamped version of the former Audi A4-based Exeo series which includes the Sedan and the estate models in Europe, by the Volkswagen group’s Spanish division Seat.

The subtle changes that have been incorporated on the outside of the cars are a revised face, with new bi-xenon headlights and LED daytime running lights. It also has a honey comb style grill insert, plus new 17 and 18 inch style alloy wheel designs.

On the inside, the changes include the redesign of the leather steering wheel and the revised upholstery options.

The reviews on the changes made to the Exeo series came nearly a year after the changes had been made. The minor changes included revised tail lamps, LED technology and the new positioning of the seats which would allow the rear passengers a lot more leg space and a 7 speed Multitronic transmission on the 2 TDI CR Diesel model.

A technical take on the changes would find one get the result of having CO2 emissions get cut by 7 grams/kilometer thanks to the diesel powered engines which runs on 120 HP and 143 HP respectively. The Spanish automaker had said that the economy would be similarly run. Exeo saloon could return up to 57.6 mpg UK, on the EU’s combined cycle.

The changes that have been made to the cars even after the first round of changes would perhaps not get its due before another year nearly passes. But it is good to see that car companies try their best to meet the demands of the car owners all the time. Even they are faced with pressure and the need to always do their best keeps them on their toes all the time.

We just hope this fall would bring about good fortune to the Volkswagen family, and not make them fall…
