The all new EV concept was highly appreciated at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. Thought he Japanese car manufacturer Honda, failed to steal the show this year, yet it left a mark by introducing such a concept model.

This all new concept model is specially created for the regular users who demand a five – passenger seating arrangement and perfect diving experience.

As predicted, when the trial edition of the Honda EV Concept will finally hit streets in 2012, it will be quipped with lithium-ion battery and coaxial electric motor for power puff performance. The engine motor used in this concept is derived from the unit that originated in the FCX Clarity fuel cell car. Such a modified motor is highly efficient and powerful and it remains silent even when the car runs at the top speed. In this model the top speed is recorded at 90 miles per hour.

According to the Honda spokes person the all new EV Concept is likely to achieve an estimated 100-mile driving range with each individual charge only by using the EPA’s LA4 city cycle. They further claim that the variety can be increased by installing an innovative three-mode automatic driving mechanism. This system and the idea is lifted from the Honda CR-Z model.

Even after introducing such an amazing concept, team Honda has not yet spoken a word about the price of the model. Yet, as per their behavior and after analyzing the concept and it expected clientele, we think that they might choose selected states to launch the car in 2012 and may be later that year they might launch it through out the country.

But whatever is the case, for the time being, the renowned Japanese car makers, Honda, has decided to keep its appreciators in the dark. They, at present just wish to understand the car lovers’ response after which they might disclose their rest of the plans about the final launch and price structure of the models. So for the time, we will have to wait and watch.
