The leading global brand of Hyundai has recently come up with its pricing details. The sleekly suave hybrid sedan of the renowned brand type; has been priced between 25,850- 26,610 US Dollars. The purchase of this sophisticated extravaganza also involves a delivery charge of 760 US Dollars. The pricing switchover of the Sonata 2012 reflects a marginal rise over its preceding version meant for the outgoing year.

Costing dearer by 55 US Dollars, the model meant for the forthcoming year of 2012 includes little or no styling differences in respect of the outgoing version. There aren’t many mechanical novelties either. As one of the standardized features of the mentioned brand, the latest version displays a telematics mechanism of ‘Blue Link’. Some of its minor changes in respect of styling include an optional package of pure leather. The packaged option features seating provisions of leather make. Besides, its steering wheel & shifting knob are given leather encasement. The front as well as rear seats are draped in leather. The hybrid sedan with its marginal price rise also provides for a rear viewing mirror with an automated dimming facility. According to the spokesperson of the brand; such options aren’t really new, already offered in the higher trim of the hybrid sedan.

With the brand’s claim to fuel economy, the most economized version of this fuel savvy car persists with a hybrid powerhouse. The powerhouse of optimized efficiency includes 2.4 liter engine of 169 Horsepower, equally proficient cycle engine of six speed transmissions, an electric motor of 30 kilowatt and a battery of lithium polymer. According to the recent release, the sophisticated hybrid with its eco friendly ways is expected to ensure fuel efficiency to the tune of 40 (forty) mpg across highway drives and 30 (thirty) mpg across city drives. To sum it all up, the average fuel economy comes to the tune of thirty seven (37) mpg.
