MR Car Design, the German tuning house has chosen the Opel Insignia OPC sports sedan for their next project. The Opel Insignia OPC, the European sibling of the Buick Regal GS instead of 270 HP turbocharged four and front wheel drive, this model gets a more powerful 321hp V6 turbo and AWD. The first thing which attracts the attention in MR Car Design’s new car is that how low it sits in the ground, something which was made achievable due the height adjustable G Ride air suspension from Reil Performance.

This new model now rides on new set of wheels of 20 inch, which are wrapped around in low profile, sports tires of high performance from Hankook. Under the hood also there are some modifications. After the ECU was remapped and the sports exhaust system and K&N air filter was installed by the German tuning firm, the output by the twin turbo V6 engine of 2.8 liter was increased from 325 PS to 375 PS and from 400 Nm to 495 Nm. More details on this are still to come and for that we have to wait a bit further.
