Kia has revealed additional information about the K9 flagship. The model which is at present on sale in Korea, features LED headlights, prominent grille and a double exhaust system. It measures 1900mm in width, 5090 mm in length and 1490 mm in height along with a wheelbase which spans 3045 mm. In the interior, the cabin is featured with premium leather upholstery, an infotainment system and metallic trim. There is also a Lexicon audio system of 17 speaker and a back seat entertainment system.

Moving onto the technical department, there is a warning system of lane departure, blind spot detection system, around view monitor with four cameras and smart cruise control. At its launch, the K9 will be powered by a MPI V6 of 3.8 liter which delivers an output of 290 PS. It will be linked by a GDI V6 of 3.8 liter producing 334 PS. Both the engines will be connected to an automatic transmission of eight speed which send power to the wheels at back. International sales are to begin in the later part of this year in a many overseas markets. It has been confirmed by the company that they have no plans to present the K9 in UK.
