Porsche 911 family has got a new addition. The 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 and 4S models. The highlight of the coupe and convertible will be the latest Porsche Traction Management system.

The PTM comes with a electronically variable multi-plate clutch that works with the PSM (Porsche stability management), which helps in distributing the torque between the two engines. The wheel arches are 22mm wider than its predecessor.

Engine: Under the hood the Carrera 4 comes with a flat-six 3.4-liter engine that generates 350 hp (257 kW) , which makes the car dash from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 4.5 seconds (0.2 seconds more for the cabriolet). The maximum speed achievable is 177 mph (175 mph for cabrio).

The engine of the 4S is more powerful. It has a flat-six 3.8-liter engine that generates a power of 400 hp (294 kW) and vrooms to 62 mph in 4.1 seconds (4.3 seconds for the cabrio) . The top speed achieved by the 4S is 186 mph (184 mph for the cabriolet).

The prices of the model range from £ 77,924 for the Carrera 4 Coupe. The Carrera 4 Cabriolet is priced at £ 86,583.

The Carrera 4S Coupe takes out £ 87,959 from your account, while the Carrera 4S Coupe has a starting price of£96,619.

All the versions will be available at the dealerships by the end of the year .
