2013 Honda Crider Concept 1 Honda Crider Concept revealed in 2012 Auto Shanghai

The Honda Crider Concept and specs were revealed at the 2012 Auto Shanghai show. This car looks production ready and it will be available in the showrooms by May/ June. The car is slotted between the Honda Civic and Accord, when it comes to the price of the car and the specifications, it ranks between these two cars. The car is being manufactured in China, as a part of the Guangzhou- Honda venture. There is a possibility that the car will be exported to other Asian markets as well, but that has not been confirmed as of yet.

The car is going to compete with other cars in its range, such as the Volkswagen Sagitar and the Citroen C4L. The vehicle comes with a 1.8 liter engine that is mated with a five speed manual gearbox. Automatic transmission option is also available. There are chances that a 2.0 L engine variant would also be available, but so far, those are just rumours.

The car has a big front grille that is plated in chrome, big taillights, big headlights and a bright chrome strip at the back of the car. The wheels are a little on the small side, though. How much this would affect the performance of the car is not sure- one would have to wait for the car to hit the roads to provide a full, proper review of the car.
