For fifteen long years the Silverado has been in the market. Come 2014 and we will get to see the third generation of the Chevrolet Silverado arriving. The High Country will be stronger and better than its predecessors in ways more than one. The base model of the short crew cab will cost $31,175. The car has a fuel tank capacity of 98 liters. It delivers a mileage of 16 mpg on the city roads and that of 23 mpg on highways. The pick up truck gets its motivation from a 5.3 liter, 8 cylinder EcoTec3 engine that generates power of the order of 355 horsepower. It is capable of attaining speeds up to a maximum of 120 MPH.

The first thing that grabs attention when it comes to the looks of the car is the front grille. It has parallel horizontal chrome bars that make it stand out in a crowd. Chrome finishes on the side trim and around the mirror adds to the elegance of the car. The car is packed with 20 inch chrome wheels and has a functional running board. The first think about the interiors that grabs attention is the embossed “High Country” logo stamp on the headrests of each seat. The upholstery is made of saddle brown trimmed leather and the seats have both heating and cooling capabilities. The console is easy to master. It includes an 8 inch touch screen with Chevrolet’s proprietary “My Life” connectivity. For safety, a front and a rear park assist system has been integrated in the car.
