The Fiat 4 X 4 Panda has always been a bestselling car since its launch in 1983. Now, the Fiat 4 X 4 Panda Antarctica has been made ready to be launched in the upcoming Frankfurt Motor show to celebrate its 30th anniversary. The two tone bodywork comprising of the white body and a black roof makes this new model stand out in a distinctive manner. The grey diamond finish, the 15 inch alloy rims, the orange hubcaps and orange mirror fairings, privacy windows, fog lights and a special badge on the central pillar marks out this Panda model.

The interior comes in stylish grey and orange upholstery. The three seater rear seats come with 60/40 folding backrests. The driver’s seat is comfortable and height adjustable. In addition to all these features, the Special edition comes with all those features which caused the Top Gear magazine of UK to cal it the Best SUV of 2012. This includes the adoption of the torque on demand system, where you can tackle any driving situation. there is also the electronic stability control system with electronic locking differential which provides assistance during driving on slippery surfaces.

The Antarctica is powered by 0.9 TwinAir turbo generating 85 hp and 1.3 MultiJet II 75 HP engine options. Both are fitted with the start stop technology. This new model is the only city car which offers 175/65 R15 84T M+S winter tyres as standard. These are special snowflake tires which you can easily use on snow, ice, road and dirt tracks as well. This ensures an improvement in the traction capability of up to 20%. The fuel consumption is low, and since you need not change tires with season, the running cost of the car is also kept to a minimum.
