Famous German automobile brand BMW has recently released several special edition cars for the Japanese market. The latest addition to that list is the ‘sDrive20i GT Spirit,’ based on the ‘BMW Z4’ sports car. The model was first introduced in 2002 as both roadster (soft top) and coupe. Since the second generation launch for the 2009 model year, it became a retractable hardtop. Now to celebrate the occasion of the win at the Super GT series by BMW Sports Trophy team, the manufacturer will be producing 60 special units based on sDrive20i and enhanced by the M Sport trim package.

The limited edition car will come with special Alpine White body paint and black kidney grills on the front. It will run on a set of M light alloy wheels that are 19 inches in size. Inside the lucky owner will find M brand door sill plates and aluminum pedal. The cabin has been put together by using leather and Alcantara with orange accents.

Similar to the regular version, the ‘BMW Z4 sDrive20i GT Spirit’ will have a 2.0 liter 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine under the hood. It can produce 184 PS (135 kW) power and torque of 199 lb-ft (270 Nm). The acceleration is 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 6.9 seconds and top speed is a 146 mph (235 km/h).
