It seems that 15 variations of the previous versions are not enough for porsche, that’s why it is back with another 4 models of GTS series. The 911 is arguably the most important car in the German automaker’s lineup and it wouldn’t be wrong to say that in the past few years it has become a trademark of the company. In the recent years it has been the strategy of porsche to create as many versions of the vehicle as possible. The next step is to develop a convertible for the year 2015.

The porsche 911 carrera GTS is basically an extended version of 911 carrera S which comes with expensive options to make it faster and sportier. The manufacturer claims that the increment in cost of the newer version is much less as compared to the cost of the features that come added with it. The top speed of this model is 190mph which is 3mph faster than the previous model. The powerkit elevates the total output to 430hp which is 30hp more than the previous model. Fuel efficiency remains unchanged which is still 22 miles per gallon. On the other hand customers need to pay extra bucks to have extra features like “PDK transmission” added to their GTS.A variable resonance induction system has been developed to boost the engine’s power and torque. The standard sports exhaust system develops an amazing engine sound. The interior of the newer version matches up to that of an expensive sports car.To improve the power to weight ratio, the rear seats can be omitted also depending on the customer.

Although the new porsche seems to be balanced in almost every way yet its upto the buyer’s satisfaction to decide its fate.T he GTS should arrive in showrooms by the end of this year, let’s see what will be the final pricing when it finally reaches into showrooms.
