The TT Sportback concept was show cased by Audi in 2014 at the Paris Motor Show. It has an elongated structure inspired from the classic TT design.

The 2.0 TFSI engine generates power of 294kw at 6400rpm that flows via the seven –speed S tronic to quattro permanent all wheel drive. It has got a four-cylinder engine that creates 450Nm of torque between 2400 and 6000rpm while over 300 Nm is already available at 1900rpm. Limited fuel consumption by the engine of around 7.0 liters per 100km also limits the CO2 emission to 162 grams per 100km.

The Audi TT Sportback comes in Mars red paint and an elongated structured body. The typical TT designed headlights with separators that provide a daytime running light signature. Use of laser beam in each of the headlights helps to drive in darkness.

The cockpit is the most dominating feature with 12.3-inch screen showing graphics that makes it easier for the driver to choose from multiple display levels. The push buttons in the MMI terminal has been replaced by touchpad which operates with the help of characters and gestures. The operation of climate control is installed in the air vents.

The interior of sports-car-meets-sedan has been given a sporty and a taut look. The dash and the doors are slim lined with frameless windows. There is space for two people at the back separated by a storage compartment and functional armrest. The backrest can also be folded to store large objects beneath the tail gate.

The MacPheron strut front suspension and the Electronic Stabilisation Control have proven the technological expertise behind the car. The light weighted body enhances all the other features. Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg claimed that with TT, Audi has created one of the automotive design icons of the last 20 years.
