The launch of Mitsubishi’s Lancer Evolution X Final Concept was scheduled in January 2015, at Tokyo Auto Salon. But the company surprised car enthusiasts by unveiling the hot wheels earlier than the scheduled date. The Japanese company had officially announced its plan of the launch in November 2014.

The significantly improved interior features classic leather upholstery, much better sound deadening materials, the most comfortable heated seats and a power sunroof. While the exterior looks breathtaking, with brand new chrome details, matte black paint and the rear spoiler and roof with gloss finish.

The most marked improvement is the technological aspect. The 2.0 liter engine now comes with an all new turbocharger by HKS. Other features are a new ECU, along with new exhaust and intake systems. The powerful engine produces 480 HP, that is channeled to the wheels through 5- speed manual gearbox. The standard version features the 5-speed manual, and buyers can enjoy six-speed twin clutch as an option. RAYS has blessed the car with forged aluminium wheels of 19 inches, while height adjustable sports suspension is another feature provided by HKS. Adjustable sport suspension tells that there has been enhancement in suspension tuning too.

This is just the first look; the entire features will be revealed during 9 to 11 January 2015, at the Tokyo Auto Salon.
