Kia released the teaser of SPORTSPACE concept last week. It has now been revealed and would even make its public debut at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show on 3rd March.
Just the front half of the car was visible in the teaser. This set mouths talking that the company might be upto a wagon concept and Kia has confirmed this. The SPORTSPACE is a trailer of the next generation Optima. It is likely that the model will be available for the first time in a body style that is more practical. This mid-size wagon has been engineered in Frankfurt. The company promises that this new launch will provide a transportation for four that is exciting and stylish as well.
The concept has vented front and rear fenders, bulging hood, a low roofline and also ice cube headlights. The upper front grille is glossy, the alloy wheels looks stylish, and the side mirrors are sleek. The rear features dual chrome exhaust tips. Also present are the automatically retractable door handles. Looking at the side profile, the car appears quite large. The rear overghang also looks big enough.
The interior is simple but functional. The one-piece seats are covered in leather and glossy and metallic accents can be seen. The cabin houses a panoramic sunroof and a classy touchscreen display.
