Lamborghini released a teaser last week and now the Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce has been fully revealed at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. This brand new model will reach the showrooms at the end of spring. It is priced at 327,190.00 Euro.
The powertrain of the Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce has been blessed with an additional 50 HP. The engine now churns out a massive 750 HP. On top of it, a full 50 kg has been shed and the car weighs 1,525 kg. This has been made possible by using carbon fiber on a large scale. The supercar is now quicker by 0.1 seconds. It takes just 2.8 seconds to race from a standstill to 100 km/hr. It can hit the top speed of 350 km/h.
Though the power has gone up, the torque still stands at 690 Nm. The improvement in the aerodynamic efficiency is incredible. This new model has undergone 150% improvement. When compared with the standard model, an additional 170% downforce is generated. The improved downfornce in the front part of the car has enhanced the stability and handling. At high speeds, the turn-ins will now be even more precise. Along with the ABS, the greater downforce gives rise to a feedback from the steering. The feedback is accurate and more sensitive. To match the extreme performance, the car comes with breath-taking looks. The front fascia has been completely restyled. The view is more open, as the car makers say. Out of the two front wings, one of them features black carbon fiber, while the other one has the color of the car. The front intakes are larger and they are responsible for the optimization of brake cooling. The interior features Carbon Skin®- an innovative material by Lamborghini. It uses a special resin and is durable but soft at the same time.
