MELBOURNE, Australia — It has been 20 years since Aussie performance outfit Holden Special Vehicles (HSV) launched its longest-running and most successful nameplate as a full-time model in June 1990, powered by a 241-horsepower/295 pound-feet version of the 5.0-liter V8 found in Holden’s VN Commodore at the time.
